First Choice Airways passengers can pre-book golf clubs from £15 return per set at the time of booking. Carriage of all excess luggage and sports equipment is subject to a charge and capacity on the day of departure.
Having disembarked is it possible to have lost property items returned?
Please be advised that in the event that you do leave any property behind, we are only able to provide assistance in trying to locate items which we consider to be of value. We consider "valuable items" to include: Cameras, Camcorders, Mobile Phones, MP3 players, Laptops, wallets, purses and Jewellery (precious metal jewellery as opposed to accessory jewellery). Due to the volume of property that is left behind, we are unable to provide assistance in locating items which do not fall within our definition of valuable items.
Should you leave any valuable items behind, please call our Customer Services Department on 0161 772 8602 for assistance.
Please be aware that if we are able to locate "valuable items" confirmed as belonging to you, we will endeavour to arrange for the items to be returned. An administration charge will apply and you will also be responsible for the delivery costs of returning the items. Please note that due to security restrictions relating to unaccompanied baggage, we may experience difficulty in returning property.
In the event we are unable to search for your item or the search for a valuable item is unsuccessful, our Customer Services Department will happily provide a statement in support of any claim you make to your travel insurers.
How do I get from the airport to the ship?
Island Cruises' fly-cruise prices include coach transfers from the airport to your cruise ship. You may choose to book a private taxi transfer, which we can arrange for you on 08707 500 414. Customers who require special assistance should contact our special needs team in advance of travelling on 0870 900 2129.
Do I need a passport?
You will need your passport for your flights to and from your cruise ship and to check in at the Port Terminal. On a Mediterranean cruise you will not need to produce your passport at each port of call as the cruises stay within the EC. On the Transatlantic itineraries we will collect in everyone's passports at the beginning of the cruise and the ship's purser will clear all guests through immigration on arrival in a new country.
Do I have to book flights at the same time as the cruise?
No. We offer cruise only prices that do not include flights or transfers. We ask only that you ensure that you will arrive at the ship to embark before the published departure time.
How much luggage can I bring?
The personal limit on luggage is set by the airline with which you travel, usually about 20kgs. We advise that if you have a soft case bring it rather than a hard shell case as you will be able to tuck it away more easily in your cabin.
