Martinique

As an overseas "département" of France, Martinique's culture blends French and Caribbean influences. Lushly forested the most dominating of the islands many beautiful mountains is the infamous volcano Mount Pelée. The volcanic ash has created beautiful gray and black sand beaches in the north, contrasting markedly from the white sands of Les Salines in the south.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Montego Bay is known for its duty free shopping and cruise line terminal at its Free Port on a beautiful, man-made peninsula jutting into the bay. Its sheltered Doctor's Cave Beach with clear turquoise waters is one of the most famous beaches on the island. The bay is surrounded by picturesque low mountains.

Tobago

Tobago offers much for those interested in the nature. The Tobago Forest Reserve claims to be the oldest protected forests in the Western world while the waters around the island are home to many species of tropical fish, rays, sharks, and turtles.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Tortola is the largest and most populated of the British Virgin Islands, a group of islands which form part of the archipelago of the Virgin Islands. A mountainous island formed by volcanic activity, the island boasts white sand beaches such as that at Cane Garden Bay.

Trinidad

Home of carnival, you couldn't find a much livelier place than Trinidad. Visit Port of Spain and listen to a live steel band or discover the lush forested canopy of the northern mountain range, which descends down to beautiful Maracas Bay.
